Permit Fees
Residential maintenance Building Permits, such as reroof, reside, and window and door replacement are $26.00. Non-maintenance Building Permits are based on the valuation of the project.
Residential Mechanical Permits are $26.00.
Residential Plumbing Permits are based on the number of plumbing fixtures, with a minimum charge of $26.00.
Commercial Building, Mechanical and Plumbing Permits are based on valuation of the project.
Zoning Permits for a fence or shed under 200 square feet are $30.00.
