The City of Litchfield now provides convenient ways to pay your Utility Bills!
- Online using your debit or credit card. Click the blue "Pay My Utility Bill" button below.
- Automatic Bank Payment Plan - On the 15th of each month your payment would be paid automatically from a checking or savings account. Click here to download the form.
- TWO drop boxes outside of City Hall.
- Cash or Check at City Hall during normal business hours.
Payments are due by the 15th of each month. If you are unable to pay your balance prior to the 15th, it is your responsibility to contact City Hall to request an extension form.
